The rooms were super nice, we stayed on the Tommie side and it was the perfect size room for a vacation. They found the issue and solved it immediately, while also serving us a charcuterie board and champagne for the mistake. When we arrived, there was a small issue where our card was charged an additional time and they were incredible about it. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We missed our flight and they were kind enough to hold our reservation since we had pre paid. ![]()
